Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high cleanliness standards
Train, mentor and evaluate housekeeping staff to enhance performance and ensure consistency
Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet hotel brand standards
Manage inventory and control linen and amenities usage
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
2+ years of housekeeping experience with a preferred supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills
What We Offer:
